With the recent changes in the economic climate our customers’ needs have also changed and become more diverse. Some are working with us to renovate their homes in order to reduce energy costs; such as upgrading their insulation, installing solar panels, replacing windows, etc. Others, having decided to avoid the credit market, are staying in their homes, making them more comfortable and accommodating for their current needs.  They might need custom built cabinetry, better storage solutions, an additional bedroom, or a mother-in-law apartment. Some want to be more self sufficient, installing wood fired boilers, back up generators, wind generator systems, and more. Still others, having long held their perfect piece of land, are taking advantage of the times to build their dream home at reduced prices.
